This is the last week in which the International Court of Justice in Hague hears Romania and Ukraine plead for the Black Sea continental plateau. Both countries will present, starting Monday, their own solutions and conclusions in this process.

For two days, Romania's delegation will have a chance to react to Ukraine's arguments and will be able to close up their arguments by proposing a solution to this problem. According to Radio Romania Actualitati, Ukraine's turn to present the closings will be on Thursday and Friday.

The dispute of the process is the judicial status of the Serpent's Island, the key element in settling the limits of the continental plateau and the exclusive economic areas in the Black Sea.
