Romania's agent at the Court of International Justice, Bogdan Aurescu sustained on Monday during the final closings in Hague that Ukraine has no arguments to sustain their requests and keeps invoking the lenght of its side at the Black Sea. Romania's closing statements ibefore the Hague Court judging the dispute with Ukraine over the territorial plateau will take up two days, a press release of the Foreign Affairs ministry informs.

The press release reads that Ukraine's sole argument rests on the length of its seaside at the Black Sea which will not be enough to convince the jury. Aurescu underlined that Ukraine's representatives pushed for this argument at least 68 times. However, Ukrainian representatives attempt to escape other justifications.

Plus, it seems that Ukraine adopted some of the arguments of the Court of Justice and their method of measuring the continental plateau even though, it is well known that they failed to respect the Court's legal requirements.
