United States future president, Barack Obama offered Americans a show they will never forget. In his speech before the 4 hours show at the Lincoln Memorial, Obama declared that "In the course of our history, only a handful of generations have been asked to confront challenges as serious as the ones we face right now. I stand here today as hopeful as ever that the United States of America will endure," Obama said.

Obama's speech was followed by a set of free concerts by U2, Beyonce, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder, Usher, Mary J Blige and Sheryl Crow. Moreover, several actors like Denzel Washington and Tom Hanks interpreted historic plays.

Obama will be invested on Tuesday as the 44th President of the United States of America. According to a Washington Post survey, 61% of the Americans trust Obama.
