The Government will offer a state guarantee pack of over 1.5 billion euro mainly for the auto industry, energy, household constructions and chemical sector, governmental sources declared for Romanian news agency Mediafax.
The main targets of the governmental aid were established, on domains of activity and the estimated sum exceeds 1.5 billion euro. These also include an aid for Ford and Renault factories. The total budget amounts to some 6 billion Romanian Lei, quoted sources declared.
All other details will be established in the following weeks, after the executive will establish whether the measures comply with EU norms and regulations. Last year the government introduced an aid scheme for 2009-2013, with a 1 billion euro budge for companies with an initial investment of over 30 million euro and creates at least 300 jobs.
