Bolivian authorities investigating the assassination attempt against President Evo Morales presented a tape portraying the three suspects talking about their plans. Irish Michael Dwyer, Hungarian - Bolivian citizen Eduardo Rozssa Flores and Romanian Arpad Magyaros all killed on April 16 during a police operation were registered talking about their plans to murder President Evo Morales, Irish Times informs.

If the tape's authenticity will be confirmed, the tape will be the first evident to sustain the affirmations of the Bolivian government that the five were planning to murder Morales. Prosecutor Marcelo Sosa explained that the tape was received by a person related to Rozsa Flores.

Journalists declared that the quality of the tape is very poor and that the conversations are hardly understood. The tape has three minutes and looks like it was registered with a mobile phone.
