Seven people have been hurt while they were flying with an Australian Quantas Airbus 330. The aircraft was affected by strong turbulences on its route from Hong Kong to Perth, according to AFP. The Australian company the event was not related with the latest incidents Airbus has been part of.

The plane had 226 passengers and 13 cabin staff on board. "There is no need to relate this incident to others involving A330 type planes", the Australian company mentions in a report.

On June 1, an Airbus 330 belonging to Air France, carrying 228 persons on board, disappeared above the Atlantic Ocean, on a flight from Rio to Paris.
