The draft modifying the law through which the dismissed government will have the right to present to the Parliament the 2010 Parliamentary budget, was approved on Wednesday in the Senate after on Tuesday it was approved by the Chamber of Deputies, Radio Romania Actualitati informs.

The law project modifies article 26 of the Government's organization law and foresees that, in extraordinary situations the government can initiate draft laws to ratify some international treaties and state budgets.

Ex-PM Emil Boc declared that any interim government should have the ability to initiate draft laws regarding the state budget, the state social insurance budget and international treaties.
