A Romanian aged 21, convicted to spend time in a jail from Nice, was found hanging in his cell on Sunday afternoon, NiceMatin.com informs. The French authorities came to decide that the young man committed suicide. He did not leave any note to explain his gesture.
Ovidiu Datcu was found hanging in his cell on Sunday after-noon around 4:30 pm. The investigators will have the young man put through autopsy to establish the cause of death.
The young Romanian's suicide raises questions. Ovidiu Datcu had been arrested this year in September for drug possession and could have been released next year in June.
