After counting 99.92% of the votes, Traian Basescu leads with 32.42% of the votes, followed by Mircea Geoana - 31.17%, while Crin Antonescu has 20.02%. These partial results of the presidential elections have been made available by the Romanian Central Electoral Office (BEC). The voting recorded 54.32% attendance.
