The government will adopt in February an emergency ordinance through which local authorities will be able to take up bank loans with governmental guarantees to co-finance European projects, PM Emil Boc declared. He added that the sum necessary for guarantees will be set after IMF negotiations will end.
He added that these measures will come to support local communities and will increase the absorption rate of the European funds. PM Boc declared that this measures will enable Romanians to actually use the available EU funds.
