Romania's Regional Development and Tourism Elena Udrea considers that because of various interests, some created tHe impression that in Covasna and Harghita there are misunderstandings between Romanians and Hungarians, Romanian news agency Mediafax reads.

Udrea declared on Friday that the situation of the area is not so well known and that there were, these years, interests to incite the public opinion that there is a conflictual situation in the region when it is actually not so.

Udrea said that the collaboration between the Democrat Liberals and the Hungarian Democrats is fruitful, both in the government and in the Parliament. She underlined the relation she has with local authorities in the regions populated with more Hungarians, Covasna and Harghita.
