Businessman Costel Casuneanu declared on Thursday as he left the anti graft prosecutor's office that he did not give Senator Catalin Voicu 260000 but only 200000 euro, which was a loan. Asked when he was supposed to receive the money back, Casuneanu said that in December last year. The money were not returned because the senator was took off the streets, he said quoted by Romanian news agency Mediafax.

When asked if he collaborated with anti graft prosecutors after the investigation started, he said that he did. He said that he did not have conversations with judge Florin Costiniu and he does not consider the leak of information correct.
