Romanians became a mockery subject in France, this time on a public television channel. During the TV show On n'est pas couche - We did not fall asleep, on Saturday, April 17, on France 2 TV channel, at 10:50 PM, Johathan Lambert plays with words, connecting the Roman salute with the Romanian Salute of beggars - "S'il vous plait, Messieurs, Mesdames!".

Lambert clearly connects the Roman salute to the Romanian salute, which he executes on the spot by leaning to the front, with his hand foward, straight, parallel to the ground and saying "S'il vous plait, Messieurs!".

People in the room raise on their feet and repeat the same gesture. The host of the show says that the Romanian Embassy will react to their show.
