Laszlo Borbely: Spain and Japan plan to purchase CO2 emissions from Romania which the government plans to sell in the upcoming period. We did not start official negotiations but we know that Spain and Japan are interested, Laszlo Borbely declared. So far, the ordinance approving the sell of such certificates was approved but the government needs to approve the normative act regarding the investments that can be made with the money obtained.
