Romania's Ambassador in Chile, Valentin Florea was involved in a car accident. The Romanian diplomat is fine but another driver, aged 28 years old is in a critical condition, Chilian daily La Nacion reads, quoted by the Romanian news agency Mediafax.
According to the press, Valentin Florea made a wrong turn on the Kennedy boulevard, in the Vitacura area, Santiago de Chile and hit another car whose driver was severely hit but his life is not in danger.
Local police announced that they are waiting for the local alcohol report. The Chilian press reads that both cars are almost completely destroyed. The Ambassador and the other driver were taken to a local hospital, Clinica Las Condes.
