Environment ministry's restructuring plan includes a cut of 2439 positions: only 30 positions within the Environment ministry and the rest from subordinate institutions, Minister Laszlo Borbely announced, quoted by the Romanian news agency Mediafax.

He explained, on the one hand, that each chief of department will have to present a restructuring plan so that the ministry can dispose of 2439 positions. Of these, most will be dissolved within Romsilva, that will give up 1425 employees.
