US Ambassador to Bucharest, Mark Gitenstein expressed the American interest and financial aid to help Romanian authorities to set up a regional training center against IT fraud in Bucharest, Romanian news agency Agerpres informs.
Romanian authorities will deliver the headquarts and all other logistics will be financed by the US. The American Ambassador met with State Secretary Dan Fatuloiu to set up the details of such a center. His Excellency expressed the necessity of such a center to deal with IT frauds and criminality, a phenomenon which affects not only US companies but also other European countries.
