Dacia Duster was included, among models like Citroen DS3 or Alfa Romeo Giulietta among the seven finalists for 2011 year car in Europe, awarded after the vote of auto journalists across 20 countries. Initially, there were 41 cars nominated and Dacia got in the final for the first time with a 100% electric car: Nissan Leaf. Last year, the title was given to Volkswagen Polo. The winner of the current edition will be announced on November 29.
The seven finalists are: Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Citroen C3/DS3, Dacia Duster, Ford C-Max, Nissan Leaf, Opel Meriva si Volvo S60/V60.
