Hungarian Democrats president Marko Bela declared on Thursday that the Union expects the motivation of the Constitutional Court, that recently declared the law on education unconstitutional because there is a conflict between the Parliament and the Executive and afterwards it will react and analyze the details of the decision. Bela underlined that his party cannot move forward in a coalition that does not manage to impose its reforms. The solution would be to see the law adopted in the Parliament but our own colleagues in the Senate compelled us to take responsibility, Bela said. He said that a year has passed due to Senate’s delays and as of May, the law on education lays in the Senate.
