About 9,000 employees of Arcelor Mittal Galati, one of the last standing big industry company will enter in tehnical unemployment for 15 days after they will receive their unrequested free days, according to the financial daily ZF, quoting Mediafax. The employees will be paid with about 85% of their salaries during this time.
Country Communicator Dorian Dumitrescu declared that representatives of the company had a meeting with their social partners to define the conditions of work. The decrease of production means a decrease of working time by 20 days and the conclusion was that a tehnical unemployment is called for.
