The government's procedure to take responsibility on the law on education needs to continue, Hungarian Democratic executive president and Culture minister Kelemen Hunor declared. He underlined that the Court has no right to determine whether the government takes or does not take responsibility fror a law.
The leader of the Hungarian Democrats criticized the motivation of the Court saying that the latter has no right to set the urgency of a law unless it regards a matter of constitutionality or unconstitutionality.
