The governing coalition decided on Monday to resume procedures to take responsibility for the law on education but this depends on the permanent offices of the two chambers that need to set the calendar for the motion of censure on the project, Hungarian Democrats executive president Kelemen Hunor declared for the Romanian news agency Agerpres.

He said that for the time being, the only conflict is that there is a motion of censure that was not voted upon, on the law on education. He underlined that most probably PM Boc will announce the Constitutional Court on the government's decision.

The Parliament accepted the government's decision to take responsibility for the law, the opposition submitted a motion and there is no conflict between state's institutions, Hunor said.
