If the Justice ministry and the Superior Council of Magistracy will get along and act together, the objectives of the Verification and Cooperation Mechanism will be complied with in 2011, Justice minister Catalin Predoiu declared who had on Monday a first meeting with the new leadership of the Council.
In a press release, the Justice ministry reads that the main topics on the meeting’s agenda were the Verification and Cooperation Mechanism, the human resources policy, the optimum work load, the new codes, the functioning of the Ilfov tribunal, dialogue with professional associations.
The two institutions decided to meet on a permanent basis to harmonize agendas and cooperate on concrete matters.
