Bucharest Court issued temporary arrest warrants for 29 days for 32 of 35 suspects retained in two penal files targeting fiscal evasion and cigarettes smuggling felonies. According to news agency Agerpres, in one of the files 17 people were temporary arrested and in the other, 15. The court disposed the interdiction to leave country for the other three suspects. The decisions are not final and can be attacked in 24 hours at the Pitesti Appellate Court.

In the same time, another 12 persons were arrested from the Naidas Moravita lot. In the last 24 hours, overall, judges arrested 86 people involved in acts of corruptions in customs in the West. Magistrates are also due to decide on the case of another 12 people suspected by anti graft prosecutors.
