The water level that is supposed to cool down reactor 2 of the Fukushima plant decreased so much that the uranium bars insider it are visible, Kyodo News reported. Meanwhile, at reactor 3 of the plant, affected on Monday morning by two explosions, the water level was brought up to 30 cm.

A cooling operation of reactor 2 at Fukushima is undertaken and authorities hope to stabilize the situation. An explosion is not probable, the Japanese government spokesperson announced.
