Finance minister Gheorghe Ialomitianu plans to modify the fiscal code and the fiscal procedure code to made them more user friendly for the business environment. However the minister did not offer many concrete details but implied that the ministry tries to simplify procedures for small companies.
There are many tax contributers who do not break the law and we need to to address predominantly to them, Finance minister said. He said that we need to decrease the number of declarations and their content for those in the business environment to work in peace. Small companies should benefit from a simplified system, to have a different procedure than medium and big companies have.
