Romania needs to reopen the investigation regarding CIA’s secret prisons in Romania, Amnesty International expert Julia Hall said in an interview for RFI. She demands the investigation to be lead by Romania’s general prosecutor and says that the investigation lead by the Parliamentary committee was not efficient, independent nor impartial.

In her opinion, an investigation at the public level needs to exist and if there are national security worries, there are other methods to use and classify information.
