Rome’s vice-Mayor, Carlo Mosca favors a rapid expel of the dangerous Romanian immigrants but he argues that the measure should respect the legal provisions, Mediafax informs.

Mosca discussed the issue, at large in an interview for the Italian daily Il Giornale on Wednesday.

In the interview he says that respecting the legal procedures, the measure can actually be delayed.

When referring to the gypsy barracks at the periphery of the biggest Italian cities, he admits that the issue is historical, as it developed over the years and the authorities failed to take action.
