The Government in Prague may restrain the access of Romanian and Bulgarian workers on the Czech labor market, after the House of Deputies voted in favor of a related law draft, the CTK news agency informs.

In order to come into force, the document must also be validated by the Senate and promulgated by the Czech president.

The law will also apply to the citizens in countries scheduled to join the European Union in 2008.

According to the current legislation, the Czech Republic may apply access to employment restrictions to countries that apply similar restrictions to Czech workers.
