Interpol launched an unprecedented global campaign on Monday to find a pedophile whose pictures with sexual abuses of small children are free on the Internet, Le Monde reports in its online edition.

The man appears in some 200 pictures abusing 12 children. The pictures were made between 2002-2003 in Vietnam and Cambodia, prosecutors believe.

Interpol officials explained that the pedophile seems to be a 30-year old European male that could not be tracked until now. His appearance was remade with the help of German IT specialists as the pictures depicting him were distorted so that his face could not be seen.

Representatives added that, without people’s help the pedophile could continue his abuses.
