Romania-based self-proclaimed King of the Rroma people Florin Cioaba says that thousands of members of the Rroma community might head West to look for jobs and better living conditions, so the EU needs to prepare for their arrival.

Attending an annual Rroma festival, Cioaba told Reuters that the Rroma heading West will face harsh prejudices in the EU.

The Rroma people represent one of the oldest European minority and according to the Council of Europe they are the most discriminated community in Europe.

Illegal immigrant gypsies have been accused by the Italian press of various violent acts and murders across many Italian cities for months.
