Renault-owned Romanian car-maker Dacia has launched a new, Logan model, Logan Pick-Up, the company announced in a press release on Monday. Produced at the Mioveni factory, the new model is equipped with gas or diesel motors from Renault.
Company representatives say Logan Pick Up was conceived to cater for a broad range of customers from small entrepreneurs to private clients looking for a get-away car.
The new model will be available on the Romanian market starting with 2008.
Dacia registered sales of 114.443 cars globally in the first half of the year, 8% more than the first half of 2006.
