The signing of the privatization contract may be signed by the Romanian state and the US-based company Ford next Wednesday, during the Frankfurt International Car Salon, official sources, quoted by NewsIn, inform.
According to the same source, the negotiations between the privatization commission and the Ford representatives still continue, a final result being expected within a week.
The privatization will be fulfilled through a special law, given the fact that the demands raised by Ford do not meet the existing legislation frame.
Ford officials asked not for financial incentives, but for the clarification of all legal aspects regarding the factory, previously owned by Daewoo, from the company debts to the responsibility on Daweoo-produced cars still circulating.
