The black market for Romanian children is just as developed as it is in Bulgaria. Only a couple of hours after BBC unveiled one of the babies smuggling networks, the Romanian public station, TVR, broadcast a similar undercover report on the way some Romanians choose to sell their kids.

TVR unveiled one case on a few, with a Romanian father trying to sell his five children and even on the still unborn sixth child. BBC reporters published a similar case on Friday.

The main difference is that the Romanian father demanded a "simple rent payment in a small room near Bucharest", while the Bulgarian human trafficker asked for over 50,000 euros.

TVR also informs that an official investigation begun in the case of the Romanian father.
