The Representation of the European Commission in Romania has launched a new information product regarding the access to European funds: the interactive CD „Professor Structurescu”. The product was designed by the DC Communication in order to offer to the journalists, consultants and prospective applicants an instrument for better understanding of the financing mechanisms.
The instrument provides details regarding the allotment of the structural and cohesion funds such as: the European and national level institutions involved in the process, what entails the implementation of a project, the official information sources, and the control mechanisms.
The product is a continuation of another instrument promoted by the Delegation of the European Commission in Romania Mesterul Fare (the Fare expert) designed to provide assistance for the Phare funds.
