Real Madrid's sports director Predrag Mijatovic reached an agreement with Cristi Chivu, one of the best Romanian football players, Spanish newspaper Marca writes. Talks reached an agreement in Rome on Monday and it seems that most probably Chivu will join Real Madrid.

An agreement now has to be reached between Real Madrid and AS Roma, the club where Chivu plays now. Real offered 15 million euro plus one exchange player, at choice among Cicinho, Cassano or even Cannavaro.

Chivu's agent Victor Becali says that decisions will be taken later today and that it is every player's dream to play for such a club.
