During the common session of the two parliamentarian chambers, MPs rejected on Wednesday the activity report tabled by the Romanian Television Society (TVR - the public TV station). As a consequence, the Administration Council in TVR was fully removed. MPs also acknowledged the resignation of Tudor Giurgiu from the TVR general-manager position.
Within a week, parliamentarian parties must make new suggestions for the members of the board, then hearings at the Parliamentarian Culture Commissions will be organized.
