The farmers that want to apply for financing of “modernizing of agricultural exploitations” and “subsistence farms” may receive free consultancy within the National Programme of Rural Development (NPRD).
The consultants to offer assistance are selected by the NPRD Management Authority (MA) based on a minimum required experience, previous projects and future projects that intend to implement, according to Viviana Vasile, deputy general director of the MA.
A financial support is granted via the programme for the NGO’s and public authorities that will help the farmers with consultancy regarding the business plans, project files and writing the applications. The consultants’ expenses will be reimbursed following their assistance.
