Foreign Minister Adrian Cioroianu asked Romanians living and working in other countries to go to vote as early in the morning as possible, given the fact that it takes longer to vote due to the complex procedures.

"Out of the 180 polling centers we intended to open, we managed to organized 176", said Cioroianu.

"There are no lists for the electors and we have no mobile voting booths, so that electoral registers must be opened", Cioroianu said.

The Foreign Ministry isn't interested in either the voters' staying abroad is legal or not.
