Interim president Nicolae Vacaroiu found out after a brief meeting with Prosecutor General Laura Codruta Kovesi that the official criminal investigation against the IT&C minister Zsolt Nagy was opened, a press release of the Presidential Administration reads, according to Hotnews.ro.
Interim president Nicolae Vacaroiu demanded to be informed on any new elements unveiled by the investigation, according to the laws in force.
According to the release, the criminal investigation was opened on April 27. Nagy is accused of unveiling state secrets so that certain investors may win in or from strategic investigations.
