The Permanent Bureaus in both Parliamentarian Chambers decided to fix the debate for president Basescu's suspension on Thursday morning, at 09:00h. Although already known to the public, the Constitutional Court's response for the president's suspension is officially published on Wednesday, thus delaying the parliamentarian debate one day.
On Thursday, the debates will begin with presenting the suspension request signed by 182 senators and deputies, followed by the investigation report of the resort Commission and the Constitutional Court report.
President Basescu may also hold a speech, in case he decides to participate in the session. If not, a written note may be read.
235 votes are required to suspend the president for one month.
