The financial institutions will treat separately the companies with business figures between 10 and 70 million RON, following the model of "large contributors".

The new specialized structures, "Public Finance Administration for Medium Contributors" are to be formed in each county.

The same departments are designed to handle the insolvency cases for companies with over 3 million RON debts.

"The new offices may also solve the problem of collecting taxes and fees. Even though the prognosis were surpassed in 2005, and the number of debtors decreased, the problem is not solved yet", say some officials in the National Fiscal Administration Agency (ANAF).
