The Swedish company IKEA will finish building its first Romanian store in February, with a total investment of 25 million euros, a press release of the furniture producer informs.

The store, due for opening in March or April, will have a total surface of 26,000 square meters on two levels, in the Baneasa Commercial Area.

Some of the IKEA staff, mainly in the store operating departments, already moved in the new building. The store will have a total of 420 employees, out of which 180 are already employed, and will offer over 7,000 articles.
