Germany will conclude procedures to ratify the EU accession treaty of Romania and Bulgaria by November 24, the Foreign minister of the German Hessen land, Voker Hoff, trustfully said in Sofia this weekend, quoted by Novinite.com.

He made the statement on the margins of talks with Bulgarian EU Integration minister Meglena Kuneva.

He said on the occasion that the accession of Romania and Bulgaria would put an end to the division between Eastern and Western Europe and, while the change still fuels disputes, Europe would be whole starting January 1, 2007.

The German Bundestag ratified the accession treaty on October 26 and the document is due to be passed by the Bundesrat in November this year.
