“euROpeanul” is a new bi-monthly bulletin to be distributed across Romania to improve the debate on and knowledge of European issues in the country, which is due to join the EU on January 1, 2007. The publication will have a circulation of 100,000 copies and will be distributed in train stations, fast trains, travel agencies, prefectures and citizen counseling centres.
The first issue includes an interview with Jonathan Scheele, the head of the EC Delegation to Bucharest, and an intervention by Romanian EU Integration minister Anca Boagiu.
The bulletin is published by the EU Integration Ministry and a consortium formed of Chelgate Romania, EurActiv Romania and Directa, with HotNews.ro as media and content partner.
