The Romanian - Chinese trades are expected to top 3 bln US dollars in 2006 in the perspective of the 2.5 bln Euros value of the trades recorded in the previous year, according to the data provided in the Romania- China Business Forum organized on Friday.
Despite the prolific Chinese businesses in Romania, the Asian country ranks only 17 in the foreign investors' index in Romania. According to the Chinese Ambassador in Romania, Xu Jian, the total value of China's trades amounts to 1.400 billion dollars.
