Dana Nastatse, the wife of former PM Adrian Nastase, stated fot the anti-corruption (DNA) prosecutors that she refused to collaborate in the Zambaccian case, following her husband’s decision of no longer cooperating with the DNA.

Adrian Nastase is charged in a graft and traffic of influence case related to a property in Bucharest. The case also involves Nastase’s wife, Dana Nastase, who is charged with complicity to bribe taking.

The former PM told Hotnews.ro that he refused to make any other statements to the DNA prosecutors in the Zambaccian case, as it was a politically maneuvered case. Nastase also complained of being harassed by the prosecutors who need to prove themselves to the European authorities before the fall report of the European commission.
