Romanian businessman Ovidiu Tender will stay behind bars despite the Bucharest Tribunal admitted on Wednesdtay a request to annul the preventive arrest warrant on his name on Wednesday. The court’s decision is not final and will be appealed against by prosecutors who placed Tender under organized crime charges.

Tender is investigated in a locally famous organized crime case involving the RAFO refinery in Eastern Romania. He and fellow businessman marian iancu are charged with creating and belonging to an organized crime group, complicity to embezzlement and other charges.

Marian Iancu is judged at large as he was released from prison for a third time on June 4.
