Bucharest comes 65th worldwide when it comes to office rent prices, with an average price of 33 US dollars per square meter. The top spot is claimed by London, with prices exceeding 130 US/s.m., according to a new study by the Richard Ellis company.

Of the 173 markets included in the report, 119 cities reported growing prices while only 24 metropolitan areas showed a lower level of rent costs, according to the report.

Prices in the Romanian capital have been growing steadily, while those of Sofia are the lowest in Central and Eastern Europe, with prices below 23 US/square meter.
