Real Estate Company Adama is to invest 10 mln Euros in two luxurious apartment and office buildings in Bucharest, according to a press release by Eurisko.
The first project deals with two luxurious apartment buildings, of 19 and 8 flats, with surfaces of 50 – 200 sqm, on Nordului street in Bucharest. The price is 1400 – 1600 Euros/sqm. One of the two buildings is to be concluded by the end of this year and the other until 2007.The investment rises up to 5 mln Euros.
The building will provide a parking employing Klaus system that allows perfect parking of 26 cars.
The second project consists of an office building of 3000 sqm to be finalized by the end of 2006. The building will comprise a sport club, caf? shops and clinics. It is valued at 5 mln Euros.
The Adama company, under the umbrella of an US investment group, is developing 11 real estate projects currently in Bucharest and Ploiesti. It came to Romania in 2004 and employs 25 persons at this moment, boasting a portfolio of 260 mln dollars.
